Delete your account

In the hub or the app

1. Sign in at app.thehub.gg or open The Hub app.
2. Hub: open Profile, then Sign-in methods, then Delete my account. App: open More, then Delete my account.
3. Confirm. You're signed out everywhere right away.

What gets deleted

• Your sign-in methods (Discord, Google, Apple or email) and your hub account
• Your linked game accounts (Chief IDs)
• Phone alert addresses, language and Discord DM choices
• Your access level and committees, and any Chief ID requests waiting for approval

What stays

Your player card (heroes, troops, gear, screenshots) and public game data stay with your state's records, because your leaders use them to plan events. To remove those too, or if you can't sign in, ask us through the contact form with your Chief ID and we'll delete them within 30 days. Backups clear within 90 days.

Signing in again later starts a new account.
