Terms of Service

Last updated October 29, 2026. Written in plain words, so you know what you're agreeing to.

The short version

One hub per state

Your plan covers your state number only. It can't be shared with other states.

14-day free trial

Once per state. Every trial gets everything, add-ons too.

Paid through Paddle

Paddle sells it and handles the card, tax and receipts. Plans renew until you cancel.

Refunds within 14 days

Ask within 14 days of a payment. Paddle handles it.

Nothing gets lost

Miss a payment and the hub works 7 more days, then turns read only. Your data stays.

AI can be wrong

Check names, numbers and times before you rely on what the AI wrote.

This summary helps you find your way. The full text below is what counts.

1What the service is

The Hub is planning software for Whiteout Survival states and alliances: rosters, player cards, event plans, SvS and transfer tools, and a Discord bot. These terms cover The Hub (hub.woshq.gg), the bot and woshq.gg, together "the service". By using it you agree to these terms.

WOS HQ is fan-made. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to Century Games. Whiteout Survival is a trademark of Century Games. The service does not change the game, its accounts or its servers, and you must still follow the game's own terms.

2Accounts and access

  • You sign in with Discord. You must be old enough to use Discord where you live.
  • Each hub belongs to one state number. Only people in that state's Discord servers can sign in.
  • The hub's owner and admins decide who gets which access. Keep your Discord account safe; what happens under it is your responsibility.

3Plans, trials and payment

  • One hub per state. A plan covers one state number (or, on the Alliance plan, the alliances named on it). It can't be shared with or moved to another state, except that WOS HQ may move a plan when states merge.
  • Free trial: 14 days, once per state number. WOS HQ may give extra trial time at its choice.
  • Plans renew automatically each month or year until cancelled. Cancel any time; the plan runs to the end of the paid period.
  • Add-ons and plan changes take effect right away. You pay the difference for the rest of the current period.
  • Prices can change. We tell the hub's owner at least 30 days before a new price applies to an existing plan.
  • If a payment fails or a plan ends, the hub keeps working for 7 days, then turns read only until it's renewed. We keep the data.
  • Members can chip in a month or extra AI for their hub. A chip-in buys service time or AI for that hub. It isn't credit or a donation, and it can't be moved to another hub.

Our order process is run by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to purchases.

4Refunds

You can ask for a refund within 14 days of a purchase or a renewal. Paddle handles refunds and decides each request under its buyer terms. Ask through the link in your Paddle receipt, or in the hub under Tools, Plan, Manage billing.

5AI features

Some features use AI (Claude, by Anthropic) to read screenshots and write text. AI can make mistakes, so check names, numbers and times before you rely on them. Each plan has a monthly AI allowance; Basic plans have none.

6Your content

You keep what you and your players put in the hub: screenshots, plans, notes and templates. You let us store and process it only to run the service for your hub. Don't upload anything you don't have the right to share, anything illegal, or anything meant to harass people.

7Fair use

Don't try to break, overload or get around the service's limits. Don't access other states' hubs, don't scrape the service, and don't use it to cheat, sell accounts or break the game's terms. We may suspend a hub or a person that does.

8Game data

Some numbers, like power, ranks and rosters, come from third-party game data services and from your screenshots. They may be late or wrong, and we can't promise they're complete.

9Changes and availability

We work to keep the service running, but we can't promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may change or remove features; if we remove something a plan was sold on, we'll tell the owner and offer a fair fix. We may update these terms, and we announce big changes in the hub at least 14 days ahead.

10Liability

The service is provided "as is". As far as the law allows, WOS HQ isn't liable for indirect or lost-profit damages, and its total liability for any claim is limited to what your hub paid in the 3 months before the claim. Nothing here limits consumer rights that can't be limited by law.

11Ending

You can stop using the service and cancel at any time. We may end the service for a hub that breaks these terms. If we shut the service down, we'll give at least 30 days' notice and refund unused prepaid time.
